There are well known countless uses of baking soda, and we will be focused on the top eleven of them.
- Enhanced Sports Performance
Between the distance runners, the baking soda is known as “soda doping,” because many runners take baking soda capsules before races. Baking soda has the ability to enhance performance, similarly to carbohydrate loading.
- Foot Soak and Exfoliator
