You will need:
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup water
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, apart from the chia seeds. Pour the mixture into glasses and add the chia seeds. Stir the drink for around 5 minutes or until you notice that the Chia seeds have started to expand. You can add the honey along with the Chia seeds for sweetness.
