How to Detox Each Organ to Never Be Sick or Tired Again

It seems that more and more people every day, even younger ones, are becoming inflicted with chronic illnesses, autoimmune conditions, or cancer.  It could be that environmental pollution is affecting our genes and resulting in physical disorders.

Such genetic disorders can be the result of many factors, including stress, emotional shallowness, hormone disruption, bacteria, viruses, parasites, sugar, refined carbs, pesticides, and heavy metals.

Our immune systems are quite brilliantly constructed and are able to expel toxins from our body through fevers, vomiting, and diarrhea.  However, there are some rather silent toxins that can attack the system for a lengthier period and cause autoimmune conditions.

These are disorders in which immunity has been disabled and causes the body to turn on itself, meaning that the ‘toxin’ which is remaining continues to change the immune system.

Allopathic medicine says that the answer could be immunosuppression.  They suggest depressing the body’s natural immunity with Prednisone or Humira, for example, rather than looking for the reason for the diseases.  This, however, is as counter-intuitive as it seems.

There are, nevertheless, natural ways that can help you detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system with the aim of preventing diseases of any kind.

Here is how you can detox all your body organs and boost your immunity:

First of all, you shouldn’t consume gluten, soy, wheat, dairy and processed or fried foods, as well as GMO foods and strive to consume only organic foods.  These are not inflammatory in their natural, unprocessed states and are disease-causing because of pasteurizing, refining and genetic modification.
