– 6 large beetroots –juiced with peel
– 1-inch ginger root
– 1 lemon – juiced with peel
1) Take the beetroots, cutting off both ends, and clean them under the water.
2) Cut off both ends of the lemon and divide it into 4 parts
3) Put all the ingredients in a juicer and prepare the juice
You’ll get 1 liter/quart of juice.
Note: For the first time of drinking beetroots, start with a little amount of juice in order to see how your body will respond to it. Follow the reactions, and if you noticed any drink plenty of water and less juice. If there are not reactions gradually increase the amount so you can prepare your body for the next time.
Pineapple is rich with bromelain, so it possesses analgesic properties, which are useful for treating chronic inflammation and diseases. It is a very effective natural painkiller, but it is also packed with many nutrients that can alleviate inflammation.
– 1 whole pineapple –
– 1 cucumber
– 6 ribs of celery
– A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional but works to support your healing)

1) Cut off the crown and thorny skin of the pineapple.
2) Cut the yellow flesh into smaller pieces.
3) All the ingredients should be blended in the juicer.
It will be about 1 liter/quart of juice.
