Many people can’t imagine their meals without a good slice of bread, even they are strongly recommended to avoid it from their diet.
For those people, we are offering to try this flourless bread recipe, and when they once do it, they will never look for the white bread again. It’s actually, tasty and satisfying version of white bread, but is flourless bread and gluten-free as well.
The process of production of the white flour requires treatment with 60 different chemicals, including the harmful effect of gluten.
The characteristics of this recipe are that it doesn’t use flour, it’s rich in fiber, protein, and B vitamins, plus its production is very cheap.
– 4 eggs
– 90 g flaxseeds
– 90 g walnuts
– 90 g sunflower seeds
– 100 ml water
– 90 g pumpkin seeds
– 90 g sesame seeds
– A pinch of salt
– ½ tsp. baking soda
1) Whisk the egg and add in a pinch of salt
2) Add the baking soda and 100 ml of water
3) Grind the seeds into a fine powder
4) Combine all ingredients together
5) Bake your bread for 50 minutes at 180°C.
